Pros +
- I like small motels in historic towns. This is an old motel that has been thoughtfully updated. Improvements are made that do not destroy the character of the place. Littleton is a charming town. We walked to a great place for dinner.

Cons -
- I was fine with everything. This is not a luxury place, rather a comfortable place with character.
- Housekeeping did not clean room at all while we were there. Had to ask for clean towels. They did have a sign up that they were trying to hire a house keeper. Also the pool was drained.
- Bed was uncomfortable
